This hummingbird feeder is to be used in conjunction with a free standing hummingbird feeder. Fill the feeder with clear nectar. Locate yourself a few feet away from your existing feeder with the HHH placed in the palm of your hand. As the hummingbird come to your regular feeder, slowly and gently ease closer to the permanent feeder to entice the hummingbird to try your new offering.
