All squirrels store food for the winter like conifer cones, fruit, and seeds from your bird feeders. To provide them with a distraction, feed squirrels in their own area away from the bird feeders. Enjoy watching the naturally inquisitive nature of squirrels as they climb inside the jar to eat, allowing for an excellent view. Mount this feeder along the squirrel's regular route in your yard, either on a post or a tree somewhere you can easily watch them. Fill with sunflower seeds, peanuts in the shell, or corn cobs and enjoy.
