Mason Bee Condo - Chalet
The Chalet Home is made of of strong and long lasting cedar. It comes pre-loaded with Quicklock nesting trays.
Chalet Mason bee condos come in a variety of colours including red, green, blue, yellow, and gray. Not all colours are always available. Add your desired colour in the notes when checking out or call us for colour availability before purchasing.
West coast cedar is natural graying decay resistant and most suitable for outdoor applications.

This Mason Bee House comes with a predator guard that will protect your bees from woodpeckers and parasitic wasps.
Made of solid wood the roof has an overhang at the front. The overhang protects bees from wind, rain and hot sun. The space under the roof and above nesting trays creates a space for an emerging room to store cocoons. When the mature bees emerge, they take up residence in the nests below.
Quicklock nesting trays can be pulled apart for harvesting and cleaning. In fall, just slide out the trays for cleaning. Wash with a brush in luke-warm water. Do not use hot water or blow dry with high heat. Then, replace the cleaned trays and you are ready for spring.
